Comparison

VuloMail vs Site Mailer.

Site Mailer (now called Email Deliverability) works differently from every other plugin here: instead of connecting your own email provider, it sends through Elementor’s service and needs an Elementor account. The free plan covers 200 emails in total, not per month. It is rated 2.5 out of 5 from 17 reviews. VuloMail is a free connector for a provider you choose and pay directly.

Strengths

Where each one wins.

We list theirs first. If one of these matters most to you, it should decide it.

Where Site Mailer is stronger
  • Nothing to set up with a third-party provider: no API keys, no SMTP settings.
  • Open tracking and a suppression list for unsubscribes.
  • Comes from Elementor, so it's a natural fit if you already pay for Elementor One.
Where VuloMail is stronger
  • You choose and pay your own provider, so there's no quota set by the plugin vendor. Site Mailer stops sending when its quota runs out.
  • Free with no cap: Site Mailer's free plan ends after 200 emails in total.
  • A backup connection, plus WordPress's own mailer as a last resort.
  • Your email doesn't pass through the plugin vendor. Site Mailer sends every message's addresses, subject, body and attachments to Elementor.
  • SMS alerts and WooCommerce texts.

Verdict

Which one should you pick?

Choose Site Mailer if

  • You're on Elementor One and would rather not create an account with an email provider.

Choose VuloMail if

  • You want to keep your provider account, and your message data, in your own hands.
  • You send more than a few hundred emails and don't want a monthly quota.

Switching

Moving from Site Mailer.

01

Pick an email provider

Create an account with an email service, such as Brevo, Postmark or Amazon SES, and verify your sending domain.

02

Set it as primary

Optionally add a backup connection, so a second provider takes over if the first fails.

03

Send a test

Tools → Send a test email goes through live routing. Diagnostics confirms your SPF and DMARC records.

04

Deactivate Site Mailer

Two plugins handling the same email compete for it. VuloMail's Diagnostics flags any it recognises.
